Scope of Services
Staff Relief in Medical Establishments – temporary medical staff to establishments who’s staff base is unstable and in need of support.
Skilled and Private Duty Nurses – RN and LPN care to private homes and establishments for clients who require skilled nursing services or one on one attention.
Skilled and Private Duty Aides – Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Home Health Aides, Private Duty Aides, Companions, and Sitters to private homes and establishments for clients who require skilled aide services or one on one attention.
Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy – contracted through MiRehab to provide in home therapy programs for clients who require therapy services.
Respiratory Therapy – in conjunction with Mitchell Home Medical to provide respiratory services to clients in need.
Medical Social Workers – contracted through MSW Consultants to provide social, emotional, and informational support to clients for whom it is required.
Home Medical Equipment – in conjunction with Mitchell Home Medical to deliver medical equipment to clients as needed.
Medical Supplies – delivered and administered by Preferred Providers staff members for clients as needed.
Home Infusion Therapy – administration of fluids and medications through peripheral lines, central lines, and feeding tubes by Preferred Providers nurses.
Nutritional Counseling – nutritional education and recommendations by a Registered Dietician.
Home Assessment – safety and ergonomic assessments for barrier free mobility and to address safety issues.
Client Education – education for in home safety and disease management.
Domestic Assistance – light household chores and meal preparation.
Medication Administration and Reminders – medications administered by nursing staff or medication reminder programs.
Wound Care – wound care coordination and monitoring for all types of wounds including stoma care.
Phone Call Checks – phone call check-in service to assist with client safety and meeting client’s needs.
Family Conference Call – care plan meetings with interdisciplinary team and family or responsible party to assist with meeting client goals.
In Home Respite Services – accommodating any schedule to allow family and friend caregivers relief during absences.
